That is up to you. We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly service. For larger jobs, especially pressure washing, we offer bi-monthly, quarterly, every six months and yearly.
You can pay by cash or check when service is completed. Or, we can leave an invoice and you can either mail a check or use Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. We can also forward your invoice to your corporate office, if you wish.
No. Our service is month-to-month. You can tell us to cancel service at any time. (The exception is when we arrive for a scheduled visit, you can only cancel after that visit.)
Yes, most definitely. We carry general liability insurance and all of our technicians are covered by workers compensation.
Rainy days do not affect our service and most of our clients do not have problems when it rains. In the event your windows do become spotted from rain on the day of our service, we will come out at your request and re-clean the exteriors at no additional charge.
We are not responsible for any nicks, cuts, or scratches or any other damage to film tint.
We will clean behind them. However, we are not responsible for any damage to blinds.
